4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.

• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability

• Cancel orders with pricing errors

• Request identity verification for high-value orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We offer easy exchange/return subject to our Return Policy:

• Damaged by customer

• Missing tags or packaging

• Innerwear/clearance items (if applicable)

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Repeated COD rejections may lead to account restriction

• Shipping charges may apply on COD orders
