Returns & Refunds Policy

Once an order has been placed, if you decide to cancel it, we will provide a refund in the form of a voucher code for future purchases. This voucher will expire 6 weeks from the date of issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not possible. We no longer accept cancellations or returns on orders. Returns will only be accepted in the case where we have sent an incorrect size or a wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards

  • Returns are not accepted on full-price items unless the item received is incorrect

Video Proof Requirement
Please record a video while opening your parcel. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start (before opening).

We are not responsible for any damages or missing items without proper video proof.
Without this video, no returns or replacements will be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Full-price items (unless the item received is incorrect or defective)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will receive a voucher code for future purchases. Please note that:

  • Refunds are issued only as voucher codes (not to the original payment method)

  • It may take some time to process and issue your voucher after approval.
